Seats with head restraints

Any of you guys running seats with head restraints? Just wondering how you cope with them if your using the car as a daily? I'm looking into buying some (similar to the corbeau revolution seat). Do they get annoying getting in and out of them all the time? Obstructing blind spot - they do have the cut out in the restraint though. I just feel with having a full cage it may be of a benefit on the road? My seat is mounted basically on the floor anyway so head clearance should be fine just thought it would put my mind at rest a bit more.

i know a few guys who have run them.

Found them at times dangerous on the road where they had limited visability. However do protect the head + cage problems i mention a fair bit on people running cages in daily drivers
