Oil Change?

   Hi,
   
   Just a quick question I need answered guys,
   
   Looking to do a quick Oil and Filter change on the 99 VTS, any recommendations on which oil and filter to go for?
   
   Is bog-standard stuff OK?

   Just go down Halfords man, their stuff isn't the best but it's good enough

   Fram / Bosch / Mahle filter i only use Castrol gtx or Silkolene 5w 40 semi synthetic i wouldnt use a halford's filter even if i got it free.
