Brake calliper won't release

   Brake calliper won't release/seized I think, went to put the calliper on (rear calliper this is) and couldn't push the pads apart enough.. cranked the handbrake bit a few times and it closed it fully, undid the calliper into two parts to try and push it back.. won't budge, unscrewed the bleed nipple and obviously the brake hose as it's not on the car to try and relieve pressure.
   
   Any ideas how to get it to return to netural? and so it actually releases when you take the handbrake of again.

   Yep it screws back in.
   Use a flat blade between the lower flats
