    Has anyone used this way on taking headlights apart before?

    use the oven
    or a heat gun works just aswell

    Gas mark 6 for 40 minutes or till the juices run dry

    Heatgun and a sharp thin knife, or no more than 10-15minutes in the oven on about 200*C

    15 minutes at 200 worked for me but I have a fan oven

    Update.

    I have attempted the microwave method &.......

    It worked a treat

    Put them in wobbled the glass about then put them back in, tool them out and the glass just come away leaving a nice clean edge to re-glue, I knew it would work! Will posted pictures up in a bit as proof.

    lol at microwave would have been funny......

    just shove them in oven on 200 for how ever long takes tbh one mine took about 6 mins the other about 10 just see how they go mate

    MK1 lights are small any way but I took indercaters off then placed them in.

    i used a heatgun and then removed all the original bonding glue and sicaflex (apologies for the spelling lol)
