Heatgun and a sharp thin knife, or no more than 10-15minutes in the oven on about 200*C

Update.
I have attempted the microwave method &.......
It worked a treat
Put them in wobbled the glass about then put them back in, tool them out and the glass just come away leaving a nice clean edge to re-glue, I knew it would work! Will posted pictures up in a bit as proof.
