vtr manifold

   i am looking at getting a manifold for my 2001 vtr. most prob a miltech 4-2-1.
   been told that it will fuk up my ecu and car will run shit because of removing the cat in the oe manifold, and a warning light will be displayed on dash??
   cud any one hu has put a manifold on a mk2 saxo please help me in overcoming this prob?

   first of all, get a 4-1 manifold (from gmc etc) as imo they're better for the vtr. secondly you need a lambda sleeve from gmc which the 2nd lambda sensor screws into. this stops the engine management light coming on. the sleeve is £12 from gmc.
