Firstly, don't try it yourself if your not confident.

Best bet is to contact someone on here to do the work for you, they do it at great prices and are experts on the subject. For example, if your around the London area, KrisB, if your near the Midlands, Lee, Willsy etc!

It depends how much you lower it. If you lower it less than 30mm you should be ok with standard shock absorbers, if you lower it more than 30mm you will need shortened shock absorbers.

so if anyone could tell me exactly need for that then could you please write me a shopping list lol

Just buy some uprated rear shocks, some springs/shocks for the front then just pay to get the rear adjusted Don't need anything else other than that.

It's easy but getting the bar out can be the hard part haha...

    Yer a local garage would.

Where abouts are you from as there might be someone on here that would do it a lot cheaper, most garages charge about 200+ where as most people on here do front and back for £100 if you provide stuff.

If you can afford a complete suspension kit ie: springs with appropriate uprated dampers then id firmly recommend the Apex kit as being the best value for money 'burget' kit about at the moment. It is 'budget' in price however in terms of quality and performance its actually alot better than some more expensive kits out there (for once a product that you dont have to pay silly prices to get the best results)

    http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php...saxo-50mm.html

Kamracing supply it and its £216 for the full kit.

If you dont have that kind of money you can lower your car using springs only for the front, and the rear being an adjustment of existing torsion bars the only parts you'd need is the springs (approx £50-£70)

As has been already mentioned if you only have the money for springs then its strongly suggested that you dont lower more than 40mm using the standard dampers as they willl not last long and wont perform/do their job as they should be doing.

In terms of labour costs to fit the parts if you go to a general garage they are widely reknowned for either charging ridiculous prices and many refuse to touch torsion bars or use the incorrect method of lowering them.

There are several people on the forums who id recommend will do a better job for you at a decent price depending on where you're located and how far you're willing to travel. Most will do the full front and rear job for about £100 average.

    Hope that helps
