VTS - Which coolant to use and how to bleed?

   Cambelt and Waterpump change coming up this weekend
   
   Need to change coolant then bleed the system
   
   What Coolant is recommended and how is best to bleed the VTS system?

   Have a search mate theres a guide for bleeding the coolant,as for coolant i`d use the winter 1 50/50 mix coolant/water.
