Check fuses first,
Its pretty common for horns to go, i've had to replace 3 in the last 4 years (different saxos).
They're only cheap and take two minutes to fit.

1) check fuses
2) if not, replace horn (mayaswell change it to an airhorn from ebay )
3) if none of the above change the indicator stalk
4) if still nothing, get help lol

had the same problems disconnected my battery and when connected back worked fine
