Help with brakes

   hi, decided I would try changing the rear discs and pads myself. Was in a bit of a hurry and forgot about the handbrake so it was on when I was doing it.
   
   Bleed nipples were open to wind pistons in and bled after.
   
   Now the back brakes barely work and the handbrake doesn't work at all.
   
   Do I just need to tighen the handbrake cable again or have a i screwed the caliper?

   Try bleeding them and work the handbrake it should self adjust.

   I was bleeding them again but then one of the nipples snapped off so need to get that out.
   
   I tried using handbrake repeatedly to see if it did any good but no difference.
   
   Then I tightened handbrake which is a lot better but the foot brake is still pants.
   
   Using the footbrake it takes two hands to turn the wheel but surely even with new pads I shouldn't be able to or will that change when they bed in?
   
   I'm gonna do the front tomorrow and then get the back checked out if they arent any better after a few miles.
