Stall now ECU light is on.

   Hi,
   
   I stalled my VTR this morning, and the Yellow ECU light has come on and so far hasn't gone away, I can't think of a reason a stall would cause it but obviously has, could it have got unburnt petrol, or has the stall meant it won't reset? The Car is running fine, not problems and MOT is just 3 weeks old so no reason to suspect Lambda sensor. I'm out of ideas can anyone help?

   have you tried disconecting the battery then re attaching it to see if the light stays of ?

   If the above doesn`t work then get it plugged into a diagnostics machine.
