Idler pulley on cam belt

   My idler pulley is making a nasty noise, can i change it without taking the belt off and timming it up again? it looks like i can but i dont want to do it and it takes alot longer than expected. The engine had a hole new timming belt kit fitted last may/june time so its weird how that pulley has worn out so quick only doing 11k.

   You'll need to loosen cambelt to change the idler pulley

   So i dont actually have to remove the belt or time it up again just slacken the tensioner abit?

   It is 16v by the way lol sorry should have mentioned it, Im sure you know that raunchz due to the replies you have given me before! lol.
