From a cold start it might be normal but when i accelerate you can hear like a tinny rattling like something bouncing in the engine

    2.
Tt sounds a little too noisy form the engine when i reach around 30k revs louader than the exhaust to be fair, i have a cone filter nothing else in the engine all standard.

    Thanks

The excess noise could be a blow in the exhaust try starting it and covering the exhaust pipe you should feel a fair bit of pressure if not and you hear a noise further down the pipe then you have a hole somewhere.

As for the immobilizer light as long as it starts stops goes I wouldn't worry as it could be the ECU has been unlocked.

good point, didn't think about that... someone said it could be my cat has gone which i don't understand..
The eml did come a while back on when I had the car on the motorway and did a sudden acceration at 85 to overtake and the garage said its the cat that has failed but the light went off 2 days later and never came back on since.

The tinny kinda something bouncing when i accelerate on a cold start is that just the pistons or not normal ha?

    thanks!

A tinny sound isnt normal no it could be the exhaust catching the underbody also the garage has a point could be the Catalytic Converter however check for holes in the exhaust 1st as CATs dont come cheap.
