homemade induction kit....

    hello all.

    i have a mk2 VTS.

im going to make an homemade induction kit.

i work at an engineering company who make tube bending machines, and iv aquired some near perfect bent stainless tube that im going to use.

i also have a filter to go on the end.

just one question was, the oil pipe on top of my rockercover usually plugs onto the induction kits dont they? my tube wont have the fitment for that oil pipe to plumb into so could i just stick an oil breather on the end of that tube instead of plumbing it into my stainless tube?

hope you understand what im on about.

    thanks

    Paul

i was thinking of making summat like this over summer - i was thinkin of an enclosed one - possibly made out of fibreglass but i'm not too sure yet - just something to have a mess around with

    good luck to you

    haha no,
got one with my car when i bought it, the person priviously had obviosuly bought just the filter not realising he needed the pipes aswell! lol, was just rolling around in the boot.

pipe i have is 65mm diameter aswell so should have mint airflow, and already has a 90degree bend at the top aswell to curve round my rockercover.

saw it lying on the floor at work and new i could put it to use somewhere
