how to do a few things

    Going to do my bump strips gloss black tomorrow just wonder how I would get the vt kit off the back and front.

    Also I wanna take the badges off the back of my car but then smooth it out aswell.

    Can anyone help me out

    Vt kit off back and front ? if your meaning the black strips on the bumper.. they are attached so gotta take off whole bumper mask up everything apart from the strips. as for the badges sure you gotta take them off fill up the holes sand down paint etc just a rough idea never actually done it

    you can spray the bumpstrips while they are on the car.. just mask up properly and double check you havent missed anything.. over spray is a bitch so use lots of tape / paper

    usual prep work required sanding, painting, lacquering, light sanding between coats

    ..

    as for the rear badges.. they are kinda glued on.. to get them off use a heatgun/hairdryer and an old credit car or something soft yet firm to get them off..

    you will be left with 5 holes (3 behind the citroen badge, 2 behind the saxo badge)

    these holes need to be welded up from the inside and then smoothed over.. if you dont weld them up.. and filler will crack over time and it will look pikey..

    if your going to do it.. do it properly.
