Lowering??

   I want to lower my vts 50mm on springs (tight budget, :/ ) i can get the torsion bar done cheap, what springs are the best ???? and do shocks go on the back????

   50mm apex spring and shock i would say is a good price..and where you from mate?

   Defo go lower, 60 front, at least 70 back.
   Garage will charge around £100 labout i rate.
   Round here anyway.

   Im from west sussex where there are too many speed humps thats why i cant go that low.

   are you scared of the speed bumps or something? there are speed bumps any direction out of my town and apart from my mates supra, am the lowest thing about and i can go over them. less than 6 inches between ma fuel tank and the ground

   My advice is to stay away from the Apex 50mm springs if you're using standard shocks as the springs will rattle about if the wheels are off the ground... that'll fail an mot.
   
   And if you need someone to do it properly then give me a shout... I'm just outside Horsham in rusper.
