You will struggle to change the ride hight of your saxo once everything is together. The torsion bars take a fair bit of work at the best of times and the rallydesign coilover conversions soon gun up if you do a lot of road work with them. Spring rate and length really does depend on the ride hight your after. If you do wish to go low and use hard springs you will have to use soft tender springs. What ride hight are you after and what sort of ride are you after?

Well atm my car is about 45mm, I'm gonna lower the back down more, but want the front about 65mm, want the tyres tucked into the archs, I'm not to fusses about the ride that's y I'm goin for the adjustable shocks, I've looked into abit but just tryin to see what the best poundage spring will be best lol

It is a bit hard because you are so low. Generally I would go very hard for being that low. However then you would want harder dampers and harder rear bars. I guess with the dampers you have and standard bars perhaps around 7” 200lb (or perhaps even softer) main spring with 4” tender springs may work ok ish. You will have to get adapter pans to let you run duel springs.

Cool, ill look into it more tomoz and I mite give rally designs a ring to, see what they recomend

Rallye design wont know what to reccomend mate.

you would be better off phoning Gaz as they will know what lb spring suits their dampers.

If you have the GHA's they come with 325lb springs, but as your dampers are adjustable they could work well with a lower lb spring.

Best off giving a Gaz a ring and tell them what damper unit you have off them to find out what lb spring to use.

I would not want more than 170-180lb on the fronts with standard torsion bars.

Ahhh cool, I will be uprating the rear shocks at the same time, but doubt I uprate the torsion bar tho, or would it be worth doin? And if so what size?
