Leak via the water jet for rear wash wipe ?

    when i got home last night noticed water dripping from the unit that holds the high up brake light.

    only thing i can think it can be is the water jet for rear wash wipe, any one had a similar issue before, and is the unit easy to take off to check the seal ?
