    The Aerosol spray used in the video,these cans of spray are used to remove dust off cameras/lenses and are available at Jessops among other places.

    You can get similar for the treatment of injuries, cooling spray.

    Like i said this is very unlikey to work people, the dent has to be pretty big, not like a stone dent or a door dent. if the paint is creased it will not work, if the dent is round it will not work.

    Best thing to do is go to a DIY shop and ask for liquid nitrogen used to freeze heating pipes...

    But will liquid nitrogen have any nasty effect on the paint work?

    no, you only spray a little bit on it. but the chance of it working is 2/10

    to increase the chances of it working could you not tap it from the opposite side. almost as this proces is helping the dent out when hitting it out?

    Well it's quite a large surface dent I have so will give it a try if it doesn't work will have to call dent people in
