Removing the Thermostat?

What would happen if I done this? Anything bad?

Been told it will mean when under track day/fast road conditions it will keep the engine cooler?

Only downside I have heard about is it running pretty much cold on motorway journeys?

    Many more Pro's/Con's?

Don't do it - its a stupid idea, sorry. Maybe fit a stat that opens at a lower temp though if your worried about engine temps during heavy use?

removing the thermostat will mean that the coolant in your engine will constantly be going through the radiator. Meaning it will take longer to warm up your block which could, in the long run damage your block. Also it will make your heater useless. i had an alfa romeo with no thermostat, and i took it to wales and back with no heater in the winter....not fun....
