gloss black bumps strips

   i was just wondering how people who have gloss black bumps strips went about doing it?
   
   did you have to sand them down first (if so what grade paper) and did you simply spray over with a can or primer and laquer as well?

   if you want them to be high gloss then take it to a body shop and get them to do it.
   
   if you want a slightly shiny finish then rub them down with wet and dry 600. then mask up plastic primer then primer filler leave to dry then flat with 800 wet and dry. mask up again and spray with gloss black then clear coat.
