ICV sucking air noise

   Ive changed the ICV on my car because the old one was knackered, anyway it seems to have solved the problem but sometimes it does sound like its sucking air and the revs will creep up slowly, doesnt do it all the time.. ive tried to seal it properly quite a few times and it hasnt changed anything so im unsure why its doing this? should i try the seal from the old ICV? thanks

   Can always try the old seal but also check you haven't disturbed anything else like an intake pipe. Also make sure there are no splits in any of the intake pipes which could occasionally open.

   hmm ill have a good look tommorrow at the pipes and try the old seal hopefully sort it out

   My guess is you may of wedged the seal in wrong. So when its heating up its allowing a tiny amount of air through.
