Hi I'm sorry you haven't had a reply to your post as it would help me.

I have 1999 alloys getting painted to put on my 2001 1.1 Desire and went to Citroen garage but he wants chasis number as there are two types of nut at garage I can order.

If someone can give me their chasis number from a 1999 or earlier Saxo which would have the standard 7 hole alloys then I can order some nuts. Should cost less than £50 for 16.

hi, if you look in the bolt hole it will be a flat face type or a angled face type, and if you pop down ur local scrap yard just mach the type uv got on ur wheel most of the pug and citroen range us the same so its just a case of maching to your wheels, but off the top of my head ( i will double check in the moring) u need the flat type.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks Meggo but the guy at the garage wants a chasis number it is no use me saying I want the flat type which I do. He has two types and the only way he is to match them is with a chasis number of the older 1999 or earlier vehicle. If I can't get tha then I'll press him to make a call to England discribing it to the geaser on the other end.

chassi/VIN no is easy too. lol its the long number stamped in ur engine bay, pop the bonet and it will be stamped in the bit of tin just under the windscrean or on the plate just under the tail gate catch in the boot.

Or there are loads on ebay they are always on usualy under the 'citroen saxo breaking' heading.
