AH! dont worry very common in saxos/106s! I made a thread about this when I changed my w/pump along with my c/belt.

Use a drill and carefully drill it to pieces - dont forget to flush the system through with water to rid any metal shards left behind!

    Mehhhh.

Sod using a drill. Get yourself a long bar you can hit and just hit it from above, then below, then above, below, above, etc....

It'll eventually work its way out. I hit the pulley which does rotate so be careful your bar doesnt damage anything else. Use a lump hammer, you need to get some good, strong hits.

All the ones ive changed ive been able to pry out with a bar. One at the top (between the sprocket and engine block) and sometimes someone doing it at the same time underneath.

Thats not what you call a stuck w/ pump. I used those methods but the sprockets and surroundings started falling to pieces which meant no where to leverage, drill was my only choice.

I had to drill half of the pump out (it was still jammed in EXTREMELY tight at this point) so I could stick a 5ft crow bar to lever it out.

Ok, you do know ALL waterpumps are usually stuck? The cast ally of the pump just welds itself to the block through corrosion. I've broken many waterpumps trying to lever them off and i know what you mean about everything chipping away.

I prefer not to wedge anything inbetween the pump and the block because of risk of damage to the block. If you get it right hitting it from above and below it'll come out. I guess drilling is one way to do it, albeit a bit long-winded.
