Steering wheel & noise problem

   Hi guys,
   
   I ve just got my 2nd Saxo today and noticed the steering wheel is angled to the left when i am driving straight. If i straighten up the wheel it takes me to the right.
   
   Just wondering if it would be a fail on MOT?
   
   Also when i go into any gear and pick up speed, underneath the car (sounds like its coming from under the handbrake) there is a horrible grinding/rattling noise. Any ideas what this could be? This doesnt happen all the time but does most times.

   if thats when your driving thats the tracking on your wheels mate

   The steering wheel yes matey. Always like that when driving. When i test drove it the dealer said a spring had gone and thats why the steering wheel was like that but obv they did the spring for me and its still like that.

   Also ive noticed today when i turn the wheels make a knocking/click noise
