head gasket problems:/

   Recently had oil weeping from the front left of my engine so had the head gasket replaced and everything seemed to be fine.
   however went to the car today and there are signs of the oil weeping from the same spot again!! Any ideas?

   Did you take it to a garage for the repair or did you do it yourself? and did you have the Head skimmed & pressure tested? seems like the repair wasnt done properly.

   The problem you have is a common problem with TU engines in saxos/106's
   
   They don't seal properly in the exact corner where your problem is

   a picture of the oil leak? is the leak quite bad?

   Thanks for the reply guys, the job was done properly and the head skimmed, pressure tested etc. Was just a bit concerned when i found a bit of oil earlier, not a lot.

   Is there any solution to stopping oil from leaking from the notorious alternator corner?

   i have had the same problem for the last 2 years just need to make sure the oil level is ok every week well thats what i do lol
