Important! : Gear Box Pissed out all its Oil!!!

Got Abit of a problem.....

Had my car lowered Saturday and there was abit of a problem.... it was on a scissor jack and basically fell off and face planted the floor

The drive shaft popped out and all the gearbox oil pissed out everywhere !

So if the drive shaft pops out will the gearbox oil come out aswel?
Or is there something mega bad that has happend??

Help Please!!!!

Sod going under a car with just a scissor jack holding it up. Always use axle stands.

If you remove a driveshaft, the gearbox oil will come out - totally normal. Pop the driveshaft back in (probably worth replacing the gearbox oil seal too), fill the box up with oil and away you go.

Yeah well i had 2 guys doing my car for me. and i was in the kitchen when i heard the whole thing drop!!! So wasn't very happy as you could prob Imagen lol

But if its normal for the oil to come out when you pop a drive shaft then panic over haha!
The guy did tell me that everything was ok and he will come back and sort it all out for me tomorrow. But just needed to double check that there was nothing mega wrong .
