   any opinions on these, cant seem to find much out about them? do they fitt ok? and heard sometime your down on power
   
   anybody have one fitted?

   My mate had one and it sounded sweet and looked good. Couldnt tell you about power tho as it was on a run a round 130000 miled vtr

   I have had one fitted & the car made good power once I coupled up a free flow exhaust to it. They are lightweight & weigh bugger all compared to the standard manifold.
   
   They sound very hollow noise wise & raspy.
   
   But you need a descent induction kit & decat, with a good freeflow decat exhaust to get the maximum gains.
