help needed engine support

basically the three bolts that hold the mounting plate onto the gearbox sheared last night! when they did this they snapped the ecu top side mount so basically the engine is just hanging there now i have a knackered old ecu side mount which will do for now (to get it on the trailor to go for a new box) but how can i support the gearbox side for now? just need a way of keeping it up off the ground i had thought about one of these:

going around the box and around the mounting plate under the gearbox?

    thanks for the help!

ratchet strap from scuttle panel, under the gearbox and other end attached to slam panel

I'd wrap a chain around the gearbox and the battery tray / mount cradle.

Ecu side will just be a snapped bolt

would these sections be ok to support the weight? as i have a ratchet strap with two 'S' shaped hooks but thought they may bend them a little

if it concerns you, put a piece of wood across them to hang the strap from, krisb's answer is a good one, theres always ways and means of moving cars with bits hanging off, we've got quite good at it lol
