Beam and brakes problem

  1. #1
Ive just gone to fit my new beam as mots due. Only thing is i need the square part and hub off my current beam. I tried getting a allen key between the hub to get to the 4 bolts so can come off that way but was struggling and dont want to shread them. Hows best way to go about this?

Also my rear calipers have seized, tried using g clamp to close them in as pads wont fit between discs.

Im only rear bothered about the rear brakes as they wont pass a mot, the beam really needs doing but i needs mot'ing asap.

Might take them off and put them in a vice at work. Cant heat them up as will melt the piston cover.

The rear calliper pistons screw back. Take the rubber cover off first or you will rip it.

to get calipers pistons back in you have to turn them (right) and push in quite hard on piston
