Squeaking Steering - VIDEO

   Hi all,
   just got a Saxo 1.1 2002 a couple weeks ago. I noticed that the steering wheel, after maybe 5 minutes of driving, starts squeaking when turned. It can only be noticed when the car is still and with the radio off but it's quite noticeable around town. I've read that it may be the clock spring? Is it an easy fix or at least cheap to fix?

   mine did this and it was the lower suspension arm bushes had just worn themselves out, giving a little play or 'squeak' when turning the wheel
