rpm circuit

   my car only revs to about 4500rpm and feel like it hits limiter there so pluged it into the diagnositics and it came up with rmp circuit any1 no what could be at fault??

   Fault codes have a number like for example 03445 etc.
   
   Did it have any in it? let us know if it did and I'll tell you more about it.

   Diagnostic Codes:
   
   Example: PO300 = Random Misfire Detected
   
   Needs to be a code similar to the code above.
