#2is your car lowered? they will most likely scrub, i had 185/55/15 on and they scrubbed on full lock and on the rear with one person in the back, down 50mm front 60 rear.
best to just get 45 profiles -
#3^ ye same, best i could do was addapt some washers behind each wheel and theres some plastic guards that get in the way, dno if on westcoast tho
-
#5my cars not lowered yet but i proberly going 30mm but when have wheels straight when rotate in normal way when car moving they cath the car the bit where arch clips into at bottom of arch
-
#7once you've been on the motorway in a transit van at 80, as a passenger, the wheen falls off right beside you and you see flames by the window...knowing the petrol tank is rigt beside you...you dont care about it lmao
-
#8im worried when the wheel is rotating in a forward motion when wheels straight the bit where the bottom of your arch clips in to where theres a plastic bit same colour as car where the arch goes into i dont want it to hit that as last set did when turned do u think thwese will be ok or not
-
#9I have them tyres and they scrub, got different wheels going on instead of raising it.
-
#10if i dont lower it do you think it would be ok
-
#11dont know, just get the right tyre size tbh
195/55's have a 40mm larger diameter than 195/45's so will scrub for sure as said above. will probably rub on the rear edge of the tyre as they are so much bigger -
#12had 195 55 15 on some 306 alloys I had ages ago on a standard none lowered car it will scrub on full lock mine was lowered about 40mm scrub on full lock but everything else was fine
-
#13it just that could have got a set of white vts wheels set of 5 just done in gloss white good tyres for £130 but if int going to work then i wont bother
-
#14Still a good price for the alloys even if they didnt have tyres.
Buy the alloys, buy a set of the correct size tyres and sell your current wheels to help fund it -

#17Defiantly too big, 195/50/15 are big enough, never mind 55 profile.
-
#18i had 195/45/15 on my old 1.1 flatarch, had to roll the rear arches a little but they were fine, a bit close to the rear arms but ok
