Idle control valve, stiff to opperate

    Took it out ofr a clean the other day and its stiff to pull the bit in and out, is this normal or should it be fairly free floating? I can hear the little motor turning when i do it too. Just wondering as this might help my misfire on cold startups

    It's worm geared as I remember correctly... so it would have been hard as hell to move. Sounds normal to me dude!

    Cheers! just felt a little warm aswell when i start up, didnt know if the motor was stuck and burning out/struggling! Back to the drawing board then!
