track rod end

   im having trouble getting the track rod end out of the bar that it screws into has anyone else had this problem
   i tryed to use wd40 on it but it does nothing and wont move has anyone gt any ideas i could use
   bare in mind i dont have gas to warm it up

   is this better than most penitrating fluids
