Exhaust really quiet

    Hi, hoping someone can help me solve a little problem which I am having problems figuring out

    Basically my old standard back-box was rusted out and I got a remus back-box, on fitting and testing it I noticed it is very quiet.

    I have compared to other saxos and its almost as if i have a blockage, a leak or a lack of compression??

    Any ideas?????

    if it a brand new back box it takes a while for a good noise to come out. if you put ur hanbd over it u can check fior leaks further down. when i got my new backbox it wasnt loud at all now it is. good few weeks before it becomes loud

    why would you want noise anyway..?? theres a lad on my street who just bought a saxo 1.1 and the first thing he did was put a cherry bomb on it..i just think what a tool!

    Got a scorpion 3.5" backbox on mine and thats not loud either to be honest and ive had it on the car for like a year, sounds a bit louder than it did but you need a none standard centre section or racetube if you want noise. im pretty happy with mine not been too noisy tho
