    How do I remove the rear panel to get to the speakers ? Help !!!!

    easiest way is open the door and rear window and pull away the seals enough to expose the edge of the panel.
    The rear card/panel itself is held in by clips that just pop off when pulled gently its made a lot easier if you remove the rear seat base gives room to work and move the panel away. hope this is of help but no screws involved =]

    EDIT: made easier if you undo the seat belt bolt that goes into the seat pan as the bracket obstructs the panel removal
