Squeeky noise when turning right?

   Hi there!
   
   Whenever i seem to make a right hand turn theres quite a bad squeeky noise coming from the area of the left wheel. Now i know that driveshaft needed some attention a while ago (which it received) so could it be that?
   (the car itself has done 109000 miles so they would never have been changed and they are VTR driveshafts and im running a gti engine)
   Its been doing it since Brands Hatch where i spanked her pretty hard...
   
   Any ideas?

   when does it squeek on rotation?

   Yes. Whether foot is on accelerator or not.
