   Hi, has anyone had any experience of these

   (GrpN Solid Rubber Baker BM double bonded bush) currently polybushing the front end of my car and wondered if they were better than the power flex ones, also do these need to pressed into the mount or will bicep power do it lol, cheers.

   good quality, you may be able to hammer it in or use a vice, but takes 2 minutes at a garage with a press

   bicep power is a defo no no unless your the hulk ive not used this bush only ever had the powerflex bush and Grp A solid bush, the solid bush is just pure win i'd recomend getting the full set tho if you go for this mate as your going to end up putting undue strain on the other mounts and will end up having to replace them
