AST Suspension service

   After speaking to some of the lads who were racing in the dunlop production touring car trophy yesterday.
   
   The bloke who was meant to be setting up the ast suspension never bothered showing up when he was meant too!The car was nearly undrivable for one of the drivers who was very frustrated.
   
   I heard alot of problems they have had when they needed to get hold of the bloke at ast and couldn't.
   
   I am not going to mention the guy on here but just wondering has anyone else had a problem with the people at AST?
   
   As i was hoping to get ast suspension in the future but sounds like the customer service is bad :/

   The UK distributor is too small for the level of business/work running through it. Its the busiest time of the year and Curtis is apparently struggling under the workload, having to do silly hours 7 days a week.
   Buy through someone like us if you want good customer service. We will tell you exactly what the current situation is.

   from a few mates experience of ast direct they are truly appauling with customers and getting kits to customers on time. such a shame as they look a lovely product. just needs the structure in their business sorting out.

   My Ast are with them at the moment not too bad the dampers are all serivce he just waiting on the top mounts then ready to send back.
   
   But yer he us very busy, with alot of thing at the moment he was away for the last 5 days I think.
   
   You do have to keep ringing, well that what I did, hope to get a call today to say they are ready.

   What im saying is Ryan bensley who races in the series was fuming with curtis as he said he would turn up to the silverstone race and he didnt bother showing up so he got a strong text of him!
   
   His car was all over the place,still came 7th sum how!
   
   Just thought i would check on here as i know alot who use ast!

   I knew he has been away for the last few days, it dose sometimes take a bit of time to hold of him, but my understanding he works just him or maybe one or two more, and seem as you said alot of people have Ast from just track cars to full race cars, so guess he was very busy, but if he said he would be there then not to good, but guess it hard to help everyone.
   
   I am still waiting for my full suspension to come back now, he said he was just waiting on the top mounts so he could fully biuld them for me.
   
   But sorry to hear that bad expenience, maybe it worth your friend having a good chat maybe he might have a very good reason?

   Yep he's in the states! Probably why.Not doubting the ast coilovers at all.But my mates thinking of going kw because they have better customer service!

   I spoke to curtis today, he told me that he waiting on the factory to finish my order.
   
   Well if he was then maybe there was a miss understand or something?
