White steelies or gloss black 205gti

   Need help on deciding whot to do i have a black mk1 vtrrrr and atm runnimg on white steelies with white mirror caps but thinkng its time for a change i have come across a set of 205 gti alloys (speedlines) and want then gloss black and have c/f mirror covers

   Probbily doesnt help but have no pics of 205 yet ass not sprayed so if anyony has a pic pleas pleas add one

   Don't like black on black, specially not with 205's, don't think they suits saxos at all, I'd stick with the steels! Unless you'd like some satin black vts rims

   Think it look good as it is mate but i do think 205 gti wheels in black maybe gum metal grey will look nicee!

    I see no problem. He asked for our advice and opinions, and I gave it. I fail to see what makes your opinion more valid then mine. I personally dislike both wheels. But IF I had to choose one. The 205 wheels in anthracite would look tip-top

    id keep the steels mate saw your car twice now and the first thing i look at are your wheels lol just need that back lowered

    Must admit but am liking the gray 205s i need the steels powder coated badly the look shokimg atm (bamm brackdust) so much try the 205 in the meantime thanks all for ur comments

    white 205 gti's mate. Always liked them always do, plus i dont like black on black.

    No likey I really don't like 1.9s on anything other than a 205 there a very dated looking wheel, if your keeping tho defo get them painted other than silver!

    Looks ok for steelies, I would look at getting some alloys tho steelies are cheap however you look at it. Some nice OZ SuperTs on there

    Ye m8 now wot u mean but not really wanteg to spend lots on alloys as wont last 5 secons out were i live u drive on pot holes not roads lol but ur right m8 cheers

    Keep both then run steelies over the winter save the 205's getting damaged or corroded

    i have to agree with lukusvtr, 205 gti wheels look just like steelies, and in black even more so. I always think steelies are for people who cant afford alloys lol
