isit a hard job to change a clutch on a vtr? im pretty good with most stuff, I do most of the work that needs doing on my car myself, just wanted to know whats involved/ how long will it take? are there any special tools required and what do I have to take off to get the gearbox out? If you have a guide that would be great

Just done one outside my house.
What you need is: 2 axle stands, jack, sockets, spanners, hammer, clutch alighnment tool, pry bar, torx and hex set. and a mate to make you tea and run to get a kebab half way through. Will take about 5 hours easy if doing it properly. good luck trying to put the box in, my elbows are fooked... do it man

could do with 2 jacks tbh one for the engine and 1 for the box

buy a haynes manual explains in there easy enough.

    basically:
jack car, put on axle stands
    remove wheels
    drain gearbox oil
    remove driveshafts
    remove starter motor
    remove clutch cable
jack under engine and take weight
    remove gearbox mount
    remove lower gearbox mount
    unbolt gearbox
wiggle it about till it slips off
    clean up
    have a brew
    swap clutch and bearing
    put it back together
