I am gunna go about refurbing my VTR wheels soon I want a really shiney white colour. Has anyone got any suggestions of the best type of spray to use for the best finish?

if you are doing them yourself i would just say halfords paint really it is good just get gloss white!

I'm just refurbishing my alloys with halfords gloss white the finish is excellent ill get some pics up for u later mate

its not the paint that give it the good shine, as the paint drys matt, its the clear coat you use the detiminds the shine reali

Is clear code the same as lauquer?
Which one would you suggest for the best shine?

Jus use halfords clear lacquer if ur using halfords paint should be sound, and yeah its the same

u-pol easy gloss white is by far the best no need to clear coat just 3-4 coats comes out more glossy than halford's and doesn't go yellow like halford's paint over time as it is u.v resistant. It's also cheaper at £6 for a 600ml tin.

U-pol primer and you an get that from halfords too

dont get any paint or primer from halfords at all no matter u-pol or not thye rob you blind.
go to your local paint supplier for the trade and ask for u-pol high build primer and u-pol easy gloss white at trade. you should get both for around 6 quid a tin i think the primer on its own is about 14 quid at halfords.

Completely agree with the above don't buy paint or primer from Halfrauds.

you can get a decent sand blast and powder coat for 100 quid mate will be a better finish then any spray and it will get rid of most curbing

Yep i done mine recentley halfords primer and gloss white paint Looks spot on!
