Can anybody recommend a decent h4 hi lo HID kit with slim ballasts. I know HIDs direct are meant to be good but so are some of the cheaper ebay ones, has anybody bought a decent cheap set?
I had some before on my old car which were spot on from China or Hong Kong, I then bought a different set for the main beam, which didn't always turn on, and the colours flickered in them.
