serious vibration and noise under load and loss of power

   on a 16v, any ideas? when i say vibration i i dont mean a rattle, its loud and causes the car to shake!
   i thought it would be the top engine mount but what would cause the lack of power? im a bit unsure at the moment so any help/ideas would be great

   Coil pack will cause rattle and lag under load

   it doesnt sound or feel like a misfire, had more than enough experience of that with my own lol

   I have replaced coilpack,lambda,get injectors checked and refurbed, new coolant temp and MAP sensors and sometimes when is cold I floor it still sometimes does it,shaking and no power,but only for few second.My guess is crank or TPS sensor...
