VTS running issues

   I had trouble with my 16v not long ago but a new lambda cured the problem but now its back but worse, The car wont start unless i hold the throttle open and it starts and you have to hold the revs or it will come down and cut out, if i unplug the throttle potentiometer it will keep running but struggle and sometimes die. What could this problem be? its drinks petrol aswell and dont have no power until high revs.

   have you put a return fuel line in when u put the 16v lump in??

   Nope but its not blocked, iv unblocked it to do how it runs and it makes no change.

   Which make of lambda did you use as there are some cheap shit out there,
   Sounds like if this cured the problem in the first place it could be the lambda thats completely died.

    You redone the fuel lines ontop of the fuel tank? As there's an fpr there too.

    Also, the lambda might be breaking as a result of a hugely rich mixture or another problem. Maybe solve this first instead of replacing lambdas all the time

    best thing to do is take the fpr of the tank and just use the vts one thats on the end of the fuel rail and use a return line.
