Possible Gearbox/Clutch Problem

Hey guys,

Driving home from college tonight, I hit a Massive pot hole on the M4 going onto the M25 southbound, I've check over no problems with suspension or wheels or nothing,
But i've just noticed that now for some reason, when ever i go out dips or humps in the road, my clutch pedal dips, has anyone had this problem before or anything? I can't think for the life of me what might be causing this.
Also while im at it, since i've had the car, after giving it some welly, Im finding it difficult to get it into 5th gear from time to time, this is the same going down from 2nd to 1st.

Surely someone knows, From what i been told French Transmissions are abit shitty anyway, Im going to check it over at the weekend, Might just be that the clutch cable needs adjusting, and rods need replacing, but im hoping thats as far as it goes, and it doesn't need a new gearbox.
