Important! : last few issues with my VTR :D please help?

hey!

really small issues before my VTR is finally sorted!

i hurd a romour that if you unlock your car with the key and then press a key fob from a different VTR twice the key fob will be programmed to your vehicle... is this true?

also...

my fuel gauge isn't working, it's not the fuel pump as ive just changed it, and then re-tried my old fuel pump... why could this be?

droplinks are completly shot... anybody know of any cheap places to get them from?

key fob....dont know, never heard of that happening tbh
fuel gauge.....fuse/relay maybe
droplinks.....ebay, about a tenner for the pair
