Important! : fitting a rocker cover..

  1. #1
thought i'd spray a rocker cover to replace my old rusty one.. just took my old one off, went to fit the new one and it doesnt seem to want to fit into place
are there any diagrams showing what order you need to put it back on in? i know theres a cover inside the cover, with 2 little bolts... do the bolts sit inbetween the two covers or underneath them? confused! any help/videos/pictures would be greatly appreciated

you should have a splash guard plate 2 spacers and your rocker cover, and the spacers go inbetween the two of them

Its called a baffle plate mate & sometimes these get distorted making it difficult to make them seal properly.

cheers you two! managed to fit it on eventually, a few swear words and brute force later... it slipped into place
