Sump gasket

   Got an oil leak from my sump so i'm gonna have a crack at it myself, what I want to know is what method should I use to reseal it? Read through alot of threads on here about it and they all say use instant gasket?
   Ive got a gasket for it here I bought a while back from Eurocarparts and never got round to doing it, would it be ok to use this or should I go out and get a proper sealant just to make sure?

   I never knew you could get a gasket for the sump?
   
   The normal way is with an oil resistant instant gasket.
