Oil over diff?

   Basically i took my car to a garage for a knocking problem, turns out my wheel was really loose and one side of the drive shaft isnt in the gearbox properly :/ so either wrong shaft or gearbox is fucked. but also there was a LOT of gearbox oil on the diff? so im guessing im gonna need a new box fairly soon?

   probally oil spillage due to driveshaft becoming loose you could just need new driveshaft seals

   That what i was thinking but my drivers side of the shaft isn't in the box properly, it has about 7-9mm of play in it and the garage said it might be because the box is jamming it from going in properly. Oil is on the passenger side

   Fuck, thought as much, what would be the worst case scenario if i left it?

   but maybe you should try driveshaft seal first could just be as simple as that (hopefully)

   Sure the car hasn't been knocked and the shaft isn't going in because of this?

    Dont think its been knocked, im pretty sure the box is on its way because theres quite a bit of play in it when im in gear and its pretty stiff recently :/ yeah jsut need a few more posts so i can get in the for sale section though :/

    there is quite a few people breaking saxo's on here give VTRACER a pm he might have one or two maybe three as he got a few breaking atm
